Hot 26

The Original Hot Yoga series! A challenging beginners yoga series designed to be accessible to anybody. The practice consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises all practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees. Practice the full series in our 90 minute classes. We also offer a 60 minute class. Yoga Mix

A mix of all the things we love at Simply Hot.  Familiar yoga moves, combined with the strengthening low impact moves of our interval training class. Expect a little bit of core work, cardio and legs, flowed together seamlessly with the healing yoga postures of the Hot 26 series - all flowed together in one 60 minute set that will have you feeling alive in no time!

HIIT + Weights

It's the HIIT class you know and love with the OPTION of small hand weights!

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. This training system combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates principles. Create a strong core and long lean muscles, all with low impact moves done on your yoga mat. In this class you get all of that plus the added benefit of weight bearing movement. Get ready for a full body workout. You will gain health and flexibility and train your muscles to work together; which will lead to weight loss, good posture, & strength throughout your body.
