  • We are open 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each class. We lock the studio doors for safety during class and are not open during off class hours except when scheduled by appointment.

  • Yes, drop in while we are open, 15 minutes before any class is scheduled to begin and we would be happy to give you a tour of the studio.

  • Go to our schedule page and pre-register for class. Or use our scheduling app and look up Simply Hot Yoga + Fitness. We have gone paperless at the studio, so all new students need to create their account online before you get to the studio. When you book your first class, you will have created your online account.

  • Yes. Bring your own lock if you would like to secure something in a locker. Showers are available for quick rinses only please - we close 15 minutes after the class ends.

  • Yes, we are in a small shopping center, Lee Park Plaza. We are located directly behind Palisades Wine & Liquor. When you put us in your directions app, you probably won’t see us from the street but you will see the liquor store. You can park anywhere in the shopping center EXCEPT for those spots designated for the liquor store. There is also parking along 10th Street.

  • We have a $49 Introductory Package for you - $49 for 14 consecutive days! Sign up here.

  • You need a yoga mat, a large towel to cover your mat, and water. Bringing your own is highly recommended, but if you don’t have any of those you can rent them daily for $5 each or purchase our favorite brands in studio.

  • Expect to sweat. To be most comfortable, wear appropriate clothing to sweat in - leggings, biker style shorts, gym shorts, sports bra, tank tops, etc.

  • Come to class hydrated. We recommend not eating any heavy meals at least 2 hours before your class begins. You’ll feel better if your body is not working hard to digest. Something light, like fruit or coconut water may help fuel you. You’ll learn with a regular practice, how to best serve your body with the food you fuel with. Otherwise, just show up and try your best.

  • Yes, please. Reserve your spot in advance. This saves your spot in class and helps you stay accountable and organized. You can book right from the scheduling page of our website or download our scheduling app Momence and look for Simply Hot Yoga + Fitness.

  • Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time. We open our doors 15 minutes before class begins and lock the door at class start. Late comers are not guaranteed entrance.

  • Simply click here to sign up today.

  • Please cancel your reservation by logging into your account or via the Momence app at least an hour before any class start time if you are unable to attend.

  • We do and typically hold items for two weeks. If you think you left something at the studio, come claim is ASAP. All left items are donated.

  • All recurring memberships are cancel anytime. You can cancel yourself by logging into your account on Momence. If you would like us to cancel for you, a minimum of 14 days notice is needed via the cancellation form found here.
